摘　　要：随着计算机和网络技术的飞速发展,高校图书馆的信息服务内容、服务方式和服务对象都发生了巨大的变化。面对读者多样化和个性化的需求,高校图书馆必须充分发挥自身的优势,利用各种网络资源,努力创新服务手段,为读者提供更优质的服务。Along with the rapid development of Internet, the content, mode and object of university library＇s information service have changed dramatically. In the face of the diversification and individuation of reader demands, university library should give full play to its advantages,use a variety of network resources, make efforts to innovative service means, and provide better service for readers.
