摘　　要：村务公开制度是我国农村基层民主建设的重要内容,在实际运作中存在村务公开内容不全面、流于形式、发展不平衡等问题,而产生这些问题的主要原因在于村务公开长效机制的缺失。构建村务公开长效机制需加强制度建设,改变压力型体制,完善监督机制。The system of village is an important content of the construction of grass-roots democracy in China. There are many problems, such as the contents of village affairs public imcomplete, become a mere formality, disparate development and so on. The main reason of these problems lies in the lack of long-term mechanism of village affairs. the construction of village affairs mechanism needs to strengthen the system, Change the pressure system and perfect the mechanism of supervision.
