摘 要:目的了解上海市北部农村中华按蚊密度的发展变化趋势和对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为防治工作提供科学参考。方法采用紫外线灯诱法、WHO推荐的接触筒法,检测中华按蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性。抗性分级按全国蚊类抗性监测网提供的区分剂量法进行评价。结果农户、畜牧场监测点分别共捕获中华按蚊1 465、723只,平均密度分别为2.5只(/灯·h)、181只∕人工小时,而中华按蚊的高峰时期均出现在8月下旬,蚊密度最高分别为4.9只(/灯·h)、324只∕人工小时;中华按蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、仲仃威均产生M级水平,对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯及杀螟硫磷均产生R级水平。结论上海北郊农村中华按蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、仲丁威、溴氰菊酯、杀螟硫磷均产生一定程度的抗性。Objective To understand the development and change of the density and insecticide resistance of Anoph- eles sinensis in north suburbs of Shanghai City. Methods Ultraviolet light trap method and labor hour method were employed in the density survey. Contact cylinder method recommended by WHO was carried out in resistance detec- tion. Resistance classification according to the mosquito resistance monitoring network. Results 1 465,723 Anoph- des sinensis were captured in farmers and livestocks, and the average densities were respectively 2.5 ( per lamp, h ) , 181 / labor hours. The density peak of Anopheles sinensis appeared in late August, with the highest densities of 4.9 ( per lamp, H) and 324 ( labour hours). The Anopheles sinensis held M level resistance to cypermethrin, secondary feno- bucarb ,produced R level to deltamethrin, permethrin and fenitrothion. Conclusion Shanghai Beijiao rural Anophe- les sinensis develops resistance to beta-eypermethrin ,fenobuearb dehamethrin, permethrin and fenitrothion.
