女大学生经前期综合征发生现况及其影响的调查研究

摘　　要：目的通过调查研究广州市高校女大学生经前期综合征（PMs）发生情况及其影响，收集常用于缓解PMS的方法，为预防和控制PMS提出相关保健建议。方法采取整群抽样法，于20l3年d～5月期问对广州市8所高校954名女大学生使用自编“女大学生经前期综合征（PMS）发生情况及相关影响”问卷进行现况调查。数据采用EpiData3．1录入、SPSS21．0统计软件进行处理分析。结果在924名被调查对象中，有91．77％的女大学生存在程度不一的经前期不适症状，其中符合PMS判定标准的占67．32％；PMS症状以疲惫、腹胀腹，痛、情绪低落等发生率较高；PMS对女大学生的学习、睡眠、社交、性格及食欲的影响有统计学意义；增加睡眠、清淡饮食等是被调查者较常采用而且有一定效果的缓解PMS症状方法。结论PMS在广州高校女大学生中的罹患率较高，并对日常生活如睡眠质量、学习效率和性格特征等方面造成不良影响，应当进一步探索埘PMS综合有效的保健措施。Objective To offer advice on health precaution and intervention of premenstrual syndrome （PMS） by in- vestigation and study of occurrence of PMS and collecting common measures to relieve the conditions. Methods The questionnaire of the occurrence of Pre menstrual Syndrome（PMS） and its influences＇was used in investigation of female students by cluster random sampling in 8 colleges of Guangzhou during April-May,2013. Data were put into computer da- tabase by using software EPIDATA 3. 1 and analyzed by SPSS 21.0. Results （）f 924 participating female university students,91.77 ~ suffered from uncomfortable during premenstrual,67.32 ~ were determined PMS. The main symptoms of PMS were fatigue,depressed,abdominal distension and abdominal pain, PMS significantly affect on the learning, sleep, social, personality and appetite of female university students. More sleep and appropriate diet were mostly＇ used and re- lieved the symptoms of PMS. Conclusion The prevalence rate of PMS of female college students is high in Guang- zhou. PMS significantly influence the daily life of female university students such as Meep quality, learning efficiency and personality traits. It is necessary to further study on general effica〈ious precaution of PMS.
