2012年福建省急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测系统运行情况分析

摘　　要：目的评价福建省2012年急性弛缓性麻痹(Acute Flaccid Paralysis,AFP)病例监测系统的运转情况。方法对福建省2012年AFP病例资料采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果 2012年AFP病例监测系统共报告AFP病例213例,全省<15岁儿童非脊灰AFP病例报告发病率为3.68/10万。AFP发病率,男性为4.70/10万,女性为2.51/10万(P<0.01);泉州市最高为6.99/10万,漳州市最低为2.11/10万(P<0.01)。213例中,2月报告最多占14.08%;5岁以下占79.34%;服苗≥3次的占90.14%。213例病例分离出肠道病毒40例,其中非脊灰肠道病毒35例,脊灰病毒5例。结论 2012年福建省AFP病例监测系统保持较高的质量,各项监测指标均达到卫生部和世界卫生组织的要求。Objective To evaluate the operation of acute flaccid paralysis（AFP） surveillance system in Fujian prov- ince,2012. Methods Analysis was made on AFP surveillance data for 2012 by descriptive methodology. Results In 2012,213 AFP cases were reported from AFP surveillance system in Fujian province. The incidence rate of AFP was 3.68/105 in 〈15 years old children. The rate of men an women was respectively 4.70/105 and 2.51/105 （ P d0.01） Quanzhou city,ihe highest 6.99/105 ,the minimum was 2. 11/105 in Zhangzhou city（ P 〈0.01）. 213 cases,report in Feb- ruary up to 30：cases,accounting for 14. 08%; 79.34% of the whole AFP cases were mostly in the children under 5 years old, 192 eases（90. 14 % ）accepted OPV ≥3 times immunization, 40 cases were isolated intestinal virus in Z13 cases,inclu- ding 35 cases of the non-polio enterovirus,and 5 cases of polio virus. Conclusion AFP surveillance system maintains high quality in 2012,all the surveillance indicators meet the requirements by Ministry of Health and World Health Organization.
