摘  要:目的:研究分析我国基层中医医院信息化人才队伍现状,探讨中医药信息化人才队伍建设举措。方法:以国家2012年基层中医医院信息化服务保障能力建设项目为契机,将592家国家扶贫开发工作重点中医医院信息化人才队伍现状与2011-2012年度中国医院信息化状况调查报告数据进行对比分析。结果:我国基层中医医院信息化专业人才缺乏、管理人员素质不高、人员机构不合理。结论:解决我国基层中医医院信息化人才队伍现状,应重视信息部门,加大信息化人员培养力度,创新培养模式,营造良好环境,同时注重医院人员信息素养的培养。Objective: To stndy and analyze present situation of information talent team of basic-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in China, and discuss about measures for construction of information talent team of traditional Chinese medicine. Method: Based on the national information service ability construction project of the basic-level traditional Chinese medicine hospital in 20l2, present situation of information talent team of 592 national hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine focusing on poverty relief and development and information status survey data of hospitals in China from 2011 to 2012 are compared and analyzed. Results: In China basic-level hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine lack professional information talents, quality of management personnel is not high, and personnel organization is not reasonable. Conclusion: To solve the problem of information talent team of basic-level hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, information department shall be paid attention to, information personnel training shall be strengthened, the training mode shall be innovated, a good environment shall be created, and the development of information quality of hospital personnel shall be paid attention to.
