摘　　要：抓住医院信息化建设步伐,针对财经管理瓶颈,论述了251医院已经实施的相应改革措施,阐述了取得的显著成效。为实现真正意义上的数据全流程闭环管理,指明了下一步财经管理工作的努力方向。Seize the pace of construction of hospital information, for financial management bottleneck, discusses the respective reform measures that have been implemented, explains the remarkable results achieved. For the realization of the data in the true sense of the whole process of closed-loop managelnent, and pointed out the direction of the next financial management work.
