摘　　要：医院在信息化建设中,侧重于硬件的数据冗余在出现故障后进行解决。但如果较长时间不能恢复或者HIS信息系统内数据缺乏连续性,对医院而言是无法接受的,因此需要部署其它的容灾技术——数据库实时复制技术。在采用了DSG的数据库复制后,不仅确保了备份数据库的有效性,并且在5-10分钟内完成系统切换和修复,保证了医院业务系统的连续运行,提高信息系统抵御突发性灾难的能力。The hospital informationization construction, focusing on hardware redundancy in case of a failure. BUT if a long time can not be restored or data for the HIS information system is lack of contilmity, this is simply a disaster for hospital medical order, therefore need to deploy the disaster recovery technology in other - data real-time replication technology library. In the DSG database replication, not only to ensure that the validity of the backup of database, and completes the system switching and restoration in 5-10 minutes, to ensure the continuous operation of the hospital service system, to improve the ability of resisting sudden disaster information system.
