摘 要:石油炼制过程中,必然会产生各种轻污油,如何将这些轻污油回收利用,一直是困扰炼厂的难题。延迟焦化装置是炼厂重要的重油加工装置,对原料适应性较强,因此可将轻污油送至延迟焦化装置进行回炼。洛阳石化1400kt/a延迟焦化装置由洛阳石化工程公司设计,采用"可灵活调节循环比"工艺流程。洛阳焦化对轻污油流程进行改造,先后把轻污油回炼至焦炭塔、分馏塔。通过对轻污油回炼流程进行比较,确认轻污油回炼到分馏塔中段油回流最为合适。并通过对产品收率、装置能耗、产品质量进行分析,对回炼前后装置情况进行对比,指出了焦化装置回炼轻污油存在的问题。回炼轻污油后,能增加焦化装置汽、柴油收率,加热炉瓦斯耗量、装置能耗也会适当增大。提出改进措施:加强罐区脱水,关注轻污油组分分析;根据焦炭塔生产节点调整回炼量;加强对分馏塔压力、温度的监控等。Oil refining process will produce various types of fight slop oil.How to recycle these oil has long been a headache to refineries.Delayed coking units are important heavy oil processing units of a refinery and are able to process a range of feedstocks.With these features,delayed coking units can be used to recyle light slop oil.Sinopec Luoyang Company's 1400kt/a delayed coking unit,designed by Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company,uses a technical process allowing for flexible adjustment to recycle ratio.Luoyang Com pany revamped the light slop oil process and recovered light slop oil to the coking column and then to the fractionating column.By comparing the light slop oil recycling processes,technicians concluded that recovering light slop oil into the returning streams in the middle of the fraetionating column was the most appropriate. By analyzing product yields, unit energy consumption and product quality, and comparing the conditions of the delayed coking unit before and after light slop oil recycling,they identified the problems with the recycling of light slop oil in delayed coking units.Recycling light slop oil can increase the yields of gasoline and diesel fuel from delayed coking units ,but gas consumption of the hearting furnace and energy consumption of the units will increase as well.To overcome these problems,they proposed countermeasures,including strength ening water removal for the tank area,paying attention to the analysis of the components of light slop oil, adjusting recycling volumes based on the production nodes of the coking column, and strengthening the moni toring of pressure and temperature in the fractionating column.
