摘　　要：中医认为,望闻问切是中医诊疗疾病的四大方法,并有"神圣工巧"之说。切,指切,指脉诊。系统辨证脉学来自传统脉学,传统脉学与系统辨证脉学要素是整体与元素的关系,辨证脉学是在传统脉学基础上的创新与发展。Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that watching, listening, asking and pulse taking are four major methods for diagnosis and treatment of diseases, which is called ＂Shen Sheng Gong Qiao＂. Based on the analysis about formation and characteristics of Traditional pulse and Systemic sphygmology based on syndrome differentiation this paper put forward that they have overall relationship with the element and Systemic sphygmology based on syndrome differentiation is an innovation and development Compared with Traditional pulse.
