和营宁血汤治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜

摘　　要：目的观察和营宁血汤治疗成人慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)临床疗效。方法 30例气阴两虚或阴虚内热证ITP患者运用和营宁血汤结合中医辨证治疗30 d,观察血小板、骨髓巨核细胞、血小板相关抗体PAIgG及中医症候积分变化情况。结果治疗前后血小板计数、骨髓巨核细胞、PAIgG及中医症候积分有明显差别,有效率73.3%,中医症候疗效有效率86.7%,近期与远期疗效相似。结论和营宁血汤为基础的辨证治疗是成人慢性ITP的有效治法。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of adult chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） treated with Heying Ningxue Decoction. Methods 30 cases with type of Qi and Yin - deficiency or type of Yin - deficiency and interior- heat 1TP patients were treated with Heying Ningxue Decoction combined with syndrome differentiation treat- merit for 30 days, the platelet count, megakaryocyte, PAIgG and symptom integral were detected. Results There＇s significant difference in the platelet count, megakaryocyte, PAIgG and symptom integral before and after treatment, the total effective rate was 73.3 %, the TCM syndrome effective rate was 86.7 %. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation treatment basing on Heying Ningxue decoction is effective on chronic ITP, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
