芪榔合剂治疗气阴两虚型慢性功能性便秘疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的观察芪榔合剂治疗气阴两虚型慢性功能性便秘(CFC)的临床疗效,并与杜密克(乳果糖口服液)作疗效对比。并对芪榔合剂进行安全性检测。方法将收集的108例气阴两虚型CFC患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。最终纳入统计的分别为治疗组50例,对照组49例。治疗组予芪榔合剂,对照组予杜密克(乳果糖口服液)治疗8周。其后对2组治疗前后的各症状积分与总积分变化进行比较。并对治疗组进行三大常规、肝肾功能等安全性指标的检测。结果治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组总有效率为79.59%,2组经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗后治疗组患者的各项安全性指标均正常。结论芪榔合剂治疗气阴两虚型CFC疗效优于杜密克;芪榔合剂的安全性良好。Objective To observe the curative effect of Qilang Mixture to treate Qi - yin deficiency type of chronic function- al constipation, and make effect comparison with DuMiKe （ lactulose oral liquid）, and test the satety of Qilang Mixture. Method 108 cases of Qi - yin deficiency type of CFC patients are enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups. In the end,the treatment group（ n = 50） and control group（ n = 49） .The treatment group is treated by Qilang Mix- ture. The control group is provided with DuMiKe（lactulose oral liquid）. The treatment time is eight weeks. Make a compari- son between the two groups about each symptom integral and total integral of pre-threpy and post-treantment, and detect the satety index of control group. For example the three routine examination, liver and kidney functional examination, etc. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group is 92.0%. The total effective rate of the control group is 79.59%. The total effective rate of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the security indexes detection of the treatment group are normal. Conclusion Qilang Mixture has obvious curative effect to treat both Qiyin deficiency type of CFC and its satety is good.
