摘　　要：罗华送老师认为,退行性腰椎滑脱症是一种旋转性损害,原因可能是关节三维形态的差异使一侧关节比另外一侧关节易发生半脱位。根据腰椎物理学特征以及腰椎解剖学特点,在前人整骨手法基础上,结合临床经验,创立三维正脊疗法。第一步放松疗法;第二步坐位旋转定点复位法;第三步俯卧腰部分压法。临证注重全面检查、明确诊断,立足临床、筋骨并重,治练结合、疗效巩固。In clinically, degenerative lumber spondylolisthesis is one of the reasons to cause low back pain in the elderly. As- sociate professor LuoHuasong combination with his own clinical Three-dimensional ridge therapy to the treatment of degenerative experience based on the previous bonesetting to found the lumber spondylolisthesis which have a good effect. This arti- cle focuse on the aspects of etiology and treatment to summarize and cite typical cases which can introduce the treatment ex- perience about associate professor LuoHuasong definitely.
