川芎茶调片联合西比灵治疗偏头痛

摘　　要：目的研究分析川芎茶调片联合西比灵治疗偏头痛临床效果。方法将70例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各35例,对照组采用强的松片联合西比灵治疗,治疗组采用川芎茶调片联合西比灵治疗,对比2组临床效果以及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组总有效率为60.0%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎茶调片联合西比灵治疗偏头痛,能显著改善脑血液循环,增加血流量,从而减轻患者的头痛症状,减少并发症。Objective To study the analysis of Chuanxiong Chatiao Tablets combined with flunarizine in treatment of mi- graine in clinical effect. Method 70 cases of migraine were selected in our hospital from 2011 September to 2012 July were divided into two groups, the control combined with flunarizine in treatment, the prednisone group, the treatment group were treated by Chuanxiong chatiao tablets combined with flunarizine in treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical effect and adverse reaction. Results The two groups of patients after treatment, patients in the treatment group total effec- tiveness is 94.3% ,patients in the control group the total effective rate of treatment was 60% ,the treatment group with total efficiency was significantly higher than that in control group, there is statistical significance compared with P 〈 0.05, inci- dence of adverse reaction of treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, contrast there was statisti- cal significance of P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The Chuanxiong chatiao tablets combined with fiunarizine in treatment of mi- graine headache, can significantly improve the symptoms of patients, reduce complications, curative effect is distinct, is wor- thy to be popularized in clinical medicine.
