中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合疗法对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法选取早期糖尿病肾病患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用川芎嗪注射液静滴治疗,对照组只采用西医常规治疗,对比2组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血糖及血脂代谢指标变化。结果观察组临床总有效率93.3%显著高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05),且观察组患者的微量白蛋白尿(UAER)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液联合西医常规疗法,可有效提高患者UAER、Ccr的清除率,具有良好的治疗糖尿病肾病的作用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of early diabetic nephropathy with treatment of Combination of Chi- nese Traditional and Western Medicine. Methods 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected in our hospital （2011.4- 2012.4）. They were divided randomly into observation group and control group. Patients in observation group were given Ligustrazine Injection for intravenous drip. Patients in control group were only given routine treatment of Western Medicine. The treatment effect and the metabolism of blood glucose and blood lipid indexes before and after treatment are compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical efficiency of observation group is higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. What＇s more, the clearance rate of UAER and Ccr of obervation group is much higher than that in control group. The differences in the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lignstrazine Injection for in- travenous drip combined with routine treatment of Western Medicine are effective in improving the clearance rate of UAER and Ccr and treating early diabetic nephropathy.
