善胃方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变

摘　　要：目的观察善胃方对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴癌前病变的治疗效果。方法选取经内镜及病理确诊慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG),且伴异型增生(Dys)和(或)肠上皮化生(IM)患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例,观察组给予善胃方(药用丹参、露蜂房、三棱、姜黄等)治疗,对照组给予猴头菌片治疗,对比2组用药12周的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率90.0%优于对照组的56.7%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组黏膜Dys、IM改善优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论善胃方治疗萎缩性胃炎,可改善黏膜异型增生及肠上皮化生,阻止癌变发生。Objective To analyze the effect of Shanwei Prescription on precancerosis of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 60 patients were selected to be divided into observation group and control group. They were diagnosed chronic atrophic gastritis and treated from Jan. 2010 to Mar. 2012 with Dys and IM in our department. Patients in observation group were giv- en Shanwei Prescription. Patients in control group were given heriacium tablet. The effect of the treatment of the two groups will be compared with each other after 12 weeks. Results The total effective rate in observation group is better than that in control group. The two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shanwei Prescription is quite effective. It can improve Dys and IM in mucous coat.
