钩藤总生物碱胶囊降压作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察钩藤总生物碱胶囊的降压效果。方法给予原发性高血压大鼠模型、肾性高血压大鼠模型及正常大鼠钩藤总生物碱30．0、15．0、7．5mg／kg3个剂量，灌胃1次／d，观察钩藤总碱胶囊的降压作用。结果钩藤总碱胶囊对原发性高血压大鼠给药1d能缓慢降低血压，给药第3天时能明显降低血压，并抑制醛固酮（ALD）的分泌。对于肾性高血压大鼠模型，钩藤总碱胶囊于给药后12h开始使血压降低，降压程度维持在12％。20％，并有降低血管紧张素Ⅱ和内皮素的趋势。钩藤总碱胶囊能于给药第3天降低正常大鼠的血压，并能持续降压。结论钩藤总碱胶囊具有明显的降压作用，其起效较慢，但作用平稳，持续。其降压的作用机制可能与肾素～血管紧张素一醛固酮系统有关。Objective To observe the effects of rhynchophylla total alkaloids capsules （RTAC） in terms of lowering the blood pressure. Methods Through the models of spontaneously hypertensive rats （SHR） and renal hypertensive rats （RHR）, and the normal rats, the antihypertensive effects of the RTAC were observed. Results The SHR blood pressure could be slowly lowered in the first day with the treatment of RTAC, and it obviously dropped in the third day, and aldos- temne （ALl）） was inhibited. To the RHR, the blood pressure lowered at 12 h after given the drug, and degree at 12 - 20%, angiotensin I] and the endothelin also showed a tendency of lowering. To the normal rats, the pressure drop at the third day, continued for over. Conclusion The RTAC had the clear effects of lowering the blood pressure, the action was slow, but steady and continued, its antihypertensive mechanism may be related to the renin-angiotensin aldosterone system.
