摘  要:目的通过评价自编教材设计效果,为大学生提供适宜教材。方法根据高校健康危害因素发生趋势及人群特点、健康教育现况,以图文混排、案例及分析为版面设计特点自编"宜教宜读"特色教材,全书共分12章栏目主题。使用该教材栏目开展专题健康教育活动后,用随机法问卷调查读者对核心信息知晓率、典型调查设计元素的主观及客观的满意度、以及科学性等,全面评价设计效果。结果问卷调查Kappa=0.733。专题活动前后教材核心信息知晓率调查共110人,教材应用后专题核心信息知晓率显著上升了39.54%(χ2=230.62,P=0.000);等级主观评价12项设计元素中,"好"评占70.2%,"中"评占27.7%,"差"评占2.1%;客观评价3项设计元素为"适合"的均占60%以上,社会健康教育工作者一致肯定教材的科学性。结论以图文混排、案例及分析为设计特点的教材,读者满意度高,信息传播效果良好,供高校健康教育课循环使用、图书馆个人借阅,"宜教宜读"设计能有效提高学校健康教育效果。Objective To analysis design effect of a self-made teaching material in a university, and provide ap- propriate teaching material for college students. Methods According to current health risk factors, trends and characteris- tics of oollege students, health education material book was designed by using cases, and analysis. The book was divided in- to 12 columns. Before and after health education activities carried out by using the textbook, a questionnaire investigation was conducted by random method to find out readers health awareness, and a typical investigation for design elements of subjec- tive and objective satisfaction. Results The Kappa value was 0. 733. A total of 110 students were selected for core informa- tion awareness survey, and the core information awareness rate was significantly increased by 39. 54% (X2 = 230. 62, P = 0. 000). About 12 items of subjective evaluation, 70. 2% of them were got "good" effect, 27.7% for "middle", 2. 1% for "bad", respectively. About 3 items of objective evaluation, all of them were "appropriate" . Community health educa- tion workers had positive approval. Conclusion The health education material with pictures, cases, and analysis were ac- quired the readers satisfaction, and its information communication effect was good. It was appropriate for health education ac- tivities among college students.
