摘  要:目的了解上海市普陀区社区居民丙型肝炎传播和防控知识掌握情况及其影响因素。方法采用二阶段抽样方法选取调查对象,使用自行设计调查问卷面对面进行调查。结果调查597名社区居民,有关丙型肝炎知识问题全部回答正确者仅占1.5%,25.8%对丙型肝炎知识完全不知晓;对其中9个有关丙型肝炎感染途径问题全部回答正确者占13.4%。多因素回归分析显示非上海户籍者丙型肝炎知晓率显著低于上海市户籍者(OR=0.36,95%CI:0.17~0.76),文化程度为大专及以上者显著高于初中及以下文化程度者(OR=2.74,95%CI:1.56~4.82)。结论上海市普陀区社区居民特别是非上海户籍和文化程度较低者丙型肝炎知晓率低,有必要加强丙型肝炎宣传教育工作。Objective To examine awareness of hepatitis C transmission, prevention and control among community residents in Pntuo District, Shanghai. Methods Community residents were selected by a two-staged sampling method and were recruited to participate in a face-to-face questionnaire interview. Results A total of 597 community residents participated in the survey. Only 1.5% of them correctly answered all questions whereas 25.8% provided wrong answers to all questions. Only 13.4% of them answered correctly to all nine questions about transmission route of hepatitis C. Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that participants who were non-Shanghai permanent residents were less knowledgeable than Shanghai perma- nent residents about hepatitis C, while participants who received college education were more knowledgeable than those receiv- ing maximally middle school education, OR values were 0. 36 (95 % C1: 0. 17 - 0. 76 ) and 2. 74 (95 % CI: 1.56 - 4. 82). Conclusion Community residents particularly non-Shanghai permanent residents and those with low education level in Pntuo District of Shanghai had very low knowledge of hepatitis C. More efforts for hepatitis C education were warranted.
