彩色双功能超声在糖尿病下肢动脉病变中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :了解彩色双功能超声在糖尿病下肢动脉病变早期诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法 :对 5 2例糖尿病下肢动脉进行二维、彩色及脉冲多普勒检测并与正常组比较。结果 :糖尿病组下肢动脉内径变细 ,狭窄处峰值流速稍增快 ,而月国动脉及足背动脉减慢。其下肢动脉病变主要在月国动脉以下 ,以足背动脉改变为著。结论Subject: To detect the application of Color Duplex Ultrasonography (CDU) for investigation of the early arterial pathological changes of the lower limbs of diabetes mellitus(DM) patients. Methods: The lower limbs of 52 cases of DM and 44 normal individuals served as control were studied by CDU. Results: The arterial pathological changs of the lower limbs of DM patients mainly influence the arteries lower than arterapoplitea. The degrees of atherosclerosis of lower limbs may be slight, mild and severe. Conclusion: CDU can quantitatively evaluate the arterial function of lower limbs in diabetes mellitus.
