摘　　要：在分析液晶显示器前壳结构工艺性的基础上,运用PRO/E软件对模具结构进行设计。浇注系统采用平衡式流道从四点牛角进胶,解决了塑件翘曲变形与浇口痕迹问题;塑件背面10个卡钩采用斜顶成型,斜顶兼有成型倒扣和推出塑件的双重作用;为防止塑件强制脱模时拉伤,运用了二次顶出机构。实践证明,模具结构设计合理,产品质量良好。According to the analysis of structure and manufacturability of LCD front shell, mold structure was designed through PRO/E. It can solve the problem of warp and gate mark by using balanced runner and four horn gate ; the lifters form the inner ten convex hooks, and push out the plastic parts; in order to prevent the plastic part strain on forcing ejection, secondary ejection mechanism in the mold was designed. The result proves that the design of mold structure is reasonable and the quality of plastic part can meet technical requirements.
