摘  要:选用DB80-82×7型多级泵的平衡鼓为计算模型,利用SolidWorks对6种不同径向间隙的平衡鼓进行分组建模,基于RNG κ-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,对离心泵的轴向力和间隙处流场进行CFD数值模拟.研究表明:平衡鼓间隙大小对离心泵的轴向力、泄漏量和水力性能有一定的影响,随着间隙的减小,泄漏量减小,平衡鼓平衡轴向力效果得到提高;间隙过小时,入口前侧流动较为复杂,存在一定的涡旋,水力损失增大;为了使离心泵能够获得最佳的轴向力和水力性能,平衡鼓径向间隙的合理取值范围为1.5 ~3.0 mm.The balance drum of multistage centrifugal pump DB80-82 x 7 was selected to be the numerical model. On the basis of RNG K-6 turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm, the performance of axial force of the centrifugal pump with different balance drum gaps was simulated with CFD. The results show that the balance drum gap has a great influence on centrifugal pump axial force, leakage and hydraulic performance. With gap reducing, the leakage is reduced, and balance effect of axial force is improved; when the gap is too small, the flow state of the entrance becomes complex, hydraulic loss is improved; In order to obtain the best performance of axial force and hydraulic, the reasonable value of the gap is 1.5 -3.0 mm.
