摘  要:根据弹性薄板大挠度变形理论和粘弹性理论,对受轴向均布载荷作用下塑料托盘的挠度变形方程进行求解,得到挠度随时间变化的方程和最大挠度值。通过对托盘加筋以减小其最大挠度变形,并运用Workbench进行模拟分析。研究表明:理论结果与模拟结果吻合度较好,说明理论方法是可行的,能对塑料托盘设计提供帮助。Based on large deflection deformation theory and viscoelastic theory of elastic sheet, deflection deformation equation of plastic plate under axial uniform load was solved, and the equation of deflection with time change and the maximal deformation were obtained. The plate's maximal deformation can be reduced by adding ribs, and it was simulated by Workbench. The research shows theoretical result conforms to simulation result which indicates the theoretical way is feasible to provide support to plastic plate design.
