摘　　要：根据近年大学生就业情况的相关调查报告显示,大学生就业难的主要因素之一是就业信息的缺乏。由此可见,就业信息对大学生的就业决策是非常重要的。通过对就业信息在大学生就业决策中的作用分析及对大学生就业信息需求层次的分析,提出了图书馆就业信息资源的建设方案和满足大学生显性和隐性(潜在)就业信息需求的个性化服务措施,为图书馆开展就业信息服务提供参考。According to the research of the employment situation of tmiversity students recently, one of the factors about employment- diglculty of graduates is lacking of employment information. It showed that the employment information in employ- merit decision of university graduates was very important. By analysis the effect of the employment information and the leveled de- mand of university graduates, the method of employment information resources construction and individualized information service were. put forward.
