摘　　要：从信息获取和沟通的角度分析了医患矛盾产生的根源,在调研国外医院图书馆开展患者服务的基础上,论证了医学图书馆创新性地将学科服务应用于患者信息服务、改善医患关系的意义及可行性,并对工作的具体开展提出了建议。Tiffs paper analyzed the root of physician- patient contradiction from the aspect of information access and com- munication. Besides, the author discussed the significance and feasibility of applying the subject service of medical library to the service for patients, and suggestions were put forward for how to do next.
