钱学森航空航天工程领域地位与影响的信息计量分析(1945-1956)

摘　　要：钱学森先生是我国最重要的航空航天专家,其研究成果不仅对中国也对世界产生了重要影响。基于科学引文索引数据库提供的发文和引文数据,利用信息计量学方法,考察了钱先生1945-1956年间航空航天工程领域的学术地位与影响力,研究结果显示,钱先生不仅在论文产出数量上首屈一指,其论文的影响力也在同时期航空航天领域名列前茅,显示钱先生是同期美国乃至世界航空航天领域最重要的科学家之一。而与钱先生同期出现的许多在美优秀中青年学者后来都成为该领域的重要科学家或工程师。此外,本文针对利用SCI数据库研究1960年之前科学史所可能碰到研究绩效评价的问题进行了讨论。Tsien Hsue- shen （Qian Xuesen） is the most important scientist in aerospace engineering of China. His re- search do not only had an important effect on China but also on the world. Based on the publication and citation data from Science Citation Index, this paper studied the Mr. Tsien＇s academic status and research impact in the aerospace engineering during 1945 - 1956, by using of informetrical method. The results showed that Mr. Tsien was not just one of the most productive but also highest academic influential scientists in the aerospace engineering of the USA at times. Many excellent young scholars who ap- peared at around the same time in USA all became very important scientists or engineers later. The paper also gave a discussion on the research evaluation problems while studying the history of science before 1960s while using SCI database.
