摘　　要：图书馆作为少年儿童校外教育和素质教育的重要基地,不仅在维护国家文化安全的过程中具有特殊的地位和作用,而且在全面培养少年儿童良好素质、提供安全文化服务具有独特的优势,是学校、家庭和其他社会教育机构难以替代的,已经成为少年儿童健康教育的重要基地。Library is an important base of children out of school education and quality education, it not only has the special position and function in the process of maintaining the security of national culture, but also has a unique advantage in the compre- hensive training on children＇s good quality and safety culture. It is di^cult to be replaced by the school, family and other social institutions. It has become an important training base for children＇s education.
