城市内涝防治的生态保护对策

摘　　要：近年来,中国城市化进程中的内涝灾害频发并呈现加剧趋势。作者认为地面大量硬化、城市河湖水系被占压、施工场地裸露、城市生态功能减退等是重要的内在原因。预防和遏制城市内涝应采取综合措施,应修正城市发展规划与布局,制定预防内涝的工程建设标准,采取生态透水地面、渗水式排水沟,保护和修复城市河湖水系调蓄雨洪,建设下凹式绿地,减少施工场地裸露面积和裸露时间。During China＇s urbanization process in recent years, waterlogging disasters are happening more and more frequently. The author thinks that the main internal causes include surface hardening in great quantity,urban rivers and drainages being tied up,the bareness of construction sites and the decline of urban ecological function. In order to prevent and control city waterlogging,measurements needed to be take nare as follows： revision of the urban planning and layout, formulation of the construction standard s for waterlogging prevention,application of ecological water permeable ground and water seepage gutter, protection and restoration of city＇s stormwater regulation system by urban rivers, construction of the recessed grassland and reduction of the bare surface area and period in construction sites.
