摘　　要：水和土是人类赖以生存和发展的物质条件中的两个基本元素。影响人类社会和文明的形成和发展。景观水保学是研究水土和人、社会、文化内在联系的学科,以市域和乡域地表为研究对象,通过人工干预,合理梳理水、土元素的空间秩序和布局的方式,创造合理城市自然和人文基底,并协调人、社会、文化与水土之间的关系。Water and soil are the two most basic elements of material condition for the survival and development of human being,which have been promoting the development of human society and civilization. Landscape Soil and Water Conservation is about studying the inherent relationships of water and soil with human, society, and culture. It takes the earth surface of urban and rural area as research object, trying to, through manual intervention, create reasonable spatial order and arrangement pattern of water and soil,to establish a rational base for urban nature and culture, and to create a harmonious relationship among human, society culture and water and soil.
