国际竞赛中的欠发达地区设计——以D3明日住宅竞赛大奖作品为例

摘　　要：近年来,植根于欠发达地区的设计作品在国际知名景观及建筑设计竞赛中屡获大奖。这些设计,往往针对该类区域面临的尖锐的问题,具有鲜明的特色,从而形成了独特的设计方案。以D3明日住宅国际竞赛作为研究对象,对近3年选址于欠发达地区的设计大奖作品,从生活方式、产业形式、艺术及传统工艺、建造技术4个方面进行分析,说明选址已经成为当今设计竞赛成败的关键,而关注于欠发达地区的规划设计也已成为业界的焦点。In the contemporary renowned international competitions, the design works located in the undeveloped areas more likely won the grand awards. In these design works, the concepts focus on the regional acute problems and generate a unique design. In this paper, the authors analyzed the 1^st award works of the past three years which were located in the undeveloped areas, clarified their characteristics of the lifestyle, the industrial forms, the arts ＆ traditional crafts and the construction technology. Finally, the authors concluded that the location has become the key to win the design competition, and the planning ＆ design of undeveloped areas has become professional locus.
