摘　　要：厦门集美万达广场项目是大型商业综合体,在东南沿海地区,地下室二层,基坑开挖范围内多流塑性淤泥质土,且工期紧。为不因局部锚杆施工影响工程进展,故在底板中预埋T型钢套管,主体结构先行往上施工,后置锚杆施工,确保竣工开业,经济效益十分明显。Wanda Plaza project in Jimei district of Xiaroen C- ity is a large commercial complex in the southeast coastal ar- eas, basement floor, multi-stream within the excavation plastic sludge soil, and has a tight schedule. In order to prevent the lo- cal anchor construction affect the progress of the project, it is embedded in the floor with T-shaped steel tube, and let the ma- in structure up to construct first, then constructs the anchor construction so as to ensure completing for the opening, and the economic benefits are obvious.
