摘　　要：在中国梅山文化园建造过程中,以小规模渐进式建造方式推动在文化凝练、功能组织、技艺传承3个方面建设的持续开展,重塑了村民的地方文化认同,实践了地方文化保存的途径与方法,为乡村的可持续发展提供了可资借鉴的案例。During the construction of Meishan Cultural park, the regiona（ opening to the outside and the villager＇s identification with regional culture are both enhanced by means of skill training, promotion of economic techniques, cultural condensation and organizing activities. Furthermore, the support of government, the participation of villagers and higher educational institutions have become the major player in rural development.
