摘　　要：索赔管理对于市政工程的造价管理具有重要的影响作用,属于复杂、系统化的工作,不仅是合同管理中的基础任务,更是工程项目管理中的重要任务。文中就工程索赔展开深入分析,阐述了工程索赔的含义、类型及其重要性,并针对工程索赔的原因与原则,重点分析了索赔的程序,对工程索赔管理具有一定的参考价值。Claim management has an important effect on the cost management of municipal engineering, is a complicated, systematic work, not only a basic task in contract management,also an important task in engineering project management. A further analysis on project claim in this paper, expounds the types of engineering claim, and the importance and meaning,reasons and principles for the construction claims, focuses on the analysis of the claim procedure, has the certain reference value to the engineering claims management.
