摘　　要：城市管网是城市设施建设的基本,是城市居民衣食住行的主要保障,完善城市管网的规划和管理机制成了当前必须要解决的问题。本文从分析城市管网的特点出发,研究城市管网规划和管理中存在的问题,探讨解决问题的有效对策。The construction of city pipe network is the basic facilities of the city, is the main guarantee of the city residents’ basic necessities of life, improving the city distribution network planning and management mechanism has become the problem which must be solved. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of city pipe network, this paper studies on the existing issues of city pipe network planning and management, explores the effective measures to solve the problem.
