摘　　要：就我国的近现代文物建筑而言,其中有相当一部分在本质上具有"事件性"的基本属性。针对事件的发掘和保护,既是保护的主题内涵又是主要对象,这也决定了此类保护规划区别于其他历史遗产保护的特点。"事件性"的发掘对于此类近现代文物保护单位的保护规划具有前提性的重要意义,对于"事件性.理念的认知及其研究方法的运用亦具有重要意义。本文以东南大学城市保护与发展工作室近年来编制的辽宁省六处近现代文物建筑保护规划为例,总结近现代文物建筑保护规划编制的实践经验,检验并形成与之相适应的方法论思维。China＇s modern cultural architecture, of which a considerable part in nature are the basic attribute of ＂event ＂. The excavation and protection against incident, both to protect the theme connotation and is also the main object, this had also decided the protection planning is different from other historical heritage protection characteristics. ＂Event＂ to explore for such modern protected units of cultural relics protection planning has the important meaning for the premise, ＂event ＂ of the concept cognition and its research methods applied to also have important sense.Six conservation plans of modern built heritage had been finished by the studio of urban heritage preservation ＆ regeneration of southeast university. These plans were taken as examples to sum up the practice experiences during the process in the conservation planning of modern heritage, examine them, and form the corresponding methodological thought.
