摘 要:为了构建杆式穿甲弹侵彻下陶瓷厚度与均质钢厚度的等效关系式,文中基于剩余穿深相等原则,以杆式穿甲弹侵彻603装甲钢与陶瓷的厚度比值作为等效因子,运用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对杆式穿甲弹垂直侵彻陶瓷复合靶板和603装甲钢均质靶板的过程进行了数值模拟,计算结果与实验值吻合较好。通过对计算结果的拟合,得到了等效因子与陶瓷厚度的关系式,从而为陶瓷复合装甲等效靶的构建提供了理论依据和数据参考。To establish the equivalent of perforating through ceramics and 603 steel, based on the residual penetration rule, the equivalent factor of the thickness ratio between 603 steel and ceramic impacted by rod armor-piercing projectile was introduced. The penetration process of rod armor-piercing projectile into ceramic composite steel and 603 steel was simulated with ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element code, the numerical results corresponded well to previous experimental observation. The expression between equivalent factor and thickness of ceramic was presented through analyzing the numerical results. The basis of theory and data information for building the equivalent target of ceramic composite armor was provided in this paper.
