摘  要:针对子母弹中心爆管抛撒环境恶劣及传统测试系统安装布线困难等问题,设计了一种存储测试系统,用于完成子母弹抛撒火药燃气压力的采集。文中阐述了系统工作原理及低功耗设计方案,推导了圆柱状密实接触中心管爆炸开舱战斗部内部压力变化过程的算式,并进行了相应的实弹测试试验。经试验表明,该系统能够完整的记录抛撒过程中火药燃气压力的变化过程并与理论推导相吻合,符合试验标准。In view of the problems of harsh casting environment of cluster bombs' s center tube and difficult installation of traditional test systems, a storage test system was designed to acquire gas pressure during cluster bombs dispersion. The theory of system and design of low power were elaborated, the formula of pressure change inside the warhead after cylindrical center tube, in dense contact, exploding, the relevant live-fire test were conducted. The test results show that, the system records the whole process of gas pressure change in dispersion. It is consistent with the theory and meets the test standards.
