摘　　要：近年来,随着中国与蒙古国经济的快速发展,两国的经贸合作关系越来越紧密,但在经贸合作中出现的一些问题不容忽视。针对这些问题,中蒙两国应在满足自身的利益诉求的基础上,采取互惠互利、灵活有效的对策,促进中蒙经贸关系更上一层楼。In recent years,with the rapid economic development of China and Mongolia,economic and trade cooperation relationship of the two countries become more and more closely. But some of the problems in the economic and trade cooperation cannot be ignored. To solve these problems,China and Mongolia should base on the demands of their own interests,and then take mutual benefit,flexible and effective countermeasures to promote the economic and trade relationship between China and Mongolia to the higher level.
