摘　　要：临床医学教育随着时代发展日新月异,我国的临床医学教育和国际先进水平比较有很大差距。国内不同的医学院校临床医学教育水平参差不齐,作为省属院校,如何应对时代的挑战,应对医学专业认证,发挥自身优势,促进教学改革,提高自身发展潜能是摆在教育工作者面前的急迫课题。从课程设置、教学方法、评价体系和教学管理等方面就学校应该尝试的改革进行阐述,希望为省属医学院校临床医学教育改革和发展提供参考意见。Clinical medicine education develops quickly with time. Compared to that of the developed countries, clinical medicine ed- ucation in China is left far behind. The education level varies among medical schools. As a provincial medical university, how to meet the challenge, how to pass medical education accreditation and how to reform teaching are all significant issues. In this paper, we discuss and give some suggestions for the curriculum, teaching methods, evaluation system and faculty management.
