摘　　要：在WCDMA建设初期,由于WCDMA网络信号覆盖不全,当WCDMA/GSM双模3G移动终端处在WCDMA移动网络覆盖边缘时,为保证UE信号的连续性,WCDMA/GSM双模移动终端将由WCDMA系统的一个小区重选到GSM系统的一个小区,或反过来,由GSM系统的一个小区重选到WCDMA系统的一个小区。文章介绍了WCDMA/GSM双模移动终端系统间小区重选过程及原理。At the beginning of the construction of WCDMA, due to the incomplete WCDMA network signal coverage, when the WCDMA/GSM dual mode 3G mobile terminals are at the edge of WCDMA mobile network coverage, to ensure the continuity of UE signal, the mobile terminal will re-select to a district of the GSM system, or vice versa. This paper introduces the process and principle of the re-selection.
