摘　　要：高校校园网络舆情已成为影响大学生思想和行为的重要因素。它在给大学生思想政治教育工作带来机遇的同时,也产生了不容忽视的影响与冲击。针对校园网络舆情具有的隐匿性与张扬性、集聚性与即时性、丰富性与多元性特点,研究从观念认识和手段方式两方面对新媒体视野下校园网络舆情问题的破解提出了管理对策,对有效加强大学生思想政治教育及高校网络舆情的监督和引导具有较强的理论和实践意义。Network public opinion on college campus has become an important factor influencing ideology and behavior of college students. It not only brings about opportunities for ideological and political education on students, but also produces negative influences and impacts which can not be ignored. Aiming at such characteristics of campus network public opinion as secretiveness and publicity, concentration and instantaneity, richness and diversity, the present thesis puts forward some management measures from the perspectives of concepts and means to cope with campus network public opinion in the vision of new media. The measures are of theoretical and practical significances in strengthening ideological and political education on college students and enhancing supervision and guidance of campusnetwork public opinion as well.
