摘　　要：在我国城镇化发展的进程中,旧建筑改造性再利用成为重要课题。简要阐述了发达国家工业结构调整时期的建筑改造理论和实践的发展过程,以及我国始于20世纪90年代的建筑再利用的探索。论述了对旧建筑的改造性再利用的特殊意义。Reusing existing buildings through retrofitting is crucial for urbanization of Chin~ The retrofitting theory and practice during the adjustment period of industrial structure in developed countries are expounded briefly, as well as Chinese reusing practice of buildings since 1990s. The special significance of reusing existing buildings through retrofitting shall be focused.
