中医护理对行经内镜逆行胰胆管造影治疗后病人肠道功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中医护理对行经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)治疗后病人肠道功能恢复的影响。[方法]将148例行ERCP治疗的病人随机分为实验组和对照组各74例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上采用中医护理,对两组病人肠鸣音恢复时间、术后肛门排气恢复时间、首次排便时间和病人满意度进行比较。[结果]实验组病人肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门主动排气时间、排便时间均早于对照组(均P<0.01);实验组病人满意率高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中医护理对行ERCP治疗后病人肠道功能的恢复作用明显优于常规护理。Objective：To observe the influence of chinese medicine nurs- ing on recovery of bowel function of patients after undergoing ERCP. Methods：A total of 148 patients undergoing ERCP treatment were ran- domly devided into control group and observation group, 74 cases in each. Control group patients received routine nursing;besides that, obser- vation group patients received chinese medicine nursing. The recovery time of bowel sounds, recovery time of postoperative anal exhaust, the first defecation time and patients＂ satisfaction were compared between both groups. Results：The recovery time of bowel sounds, initiative anal exhaust time and defecation time of experimental group patients were earlier than that of control group （all P〈0.01）;satisfaction rate of ex- perimental group patients was higher than that of control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：The effect of TCM treatment for recovery of bowel function of patients after ERCP treatment was superior to routine care.
