摘　　要：目的通过对涉核人员身心情况调查,达到更好地、有针对性提供干预性服务措施,提高他们的身体素质和适应未来战争能力的目的。方法对笔者所在疗养区疗养的80名涉核人员,进行自行设计的问卷调查及座谈讨论,了解其身心状况及需求。结果涉核者普遍存在心理压力大,身体容易疲劳等心身问题。结论由于涉核人员存在心身问题者较多,而且,多数人员长期从事接触核辐射工作,因此,应关注他们的身心健康,缓解他们的心理压力,并制定相应的干预措施,使其更好地为部队做贡献。Objective Through the investigation of physical and mental health conditions of the personnels involved in nucleu - weapon providing intervention services better, to improve their physical quality and ability to fit future war. Methods Through the questionnaire designed by authors and interview discussion to understand the psychosomatic status and the requirements in the 80 personnel recuperated in convalescent home. Results Personnels involved in nuclear weap- on generally had psychological pressure, the body fatigue and other physical and mental health problems. Conclusion Be- cause there are more physical and mental health problems involved in nuclear weapon personnels and the majority of staff en- gaged in long - term exposure to nuclear radiation, therefore it should pay attention to their physical and mental health so as to relieve their psychological stress, and take corresponding intervention measures, make them contribute to the army better.
