摘　　要：利率市场化对优化金融资源配置、深化金融体制改革具有重要的推动作用。本文以发达国家利率市场化改革的实践为切入点,通过比较分析,总结发达国家利率市场化改革的成功经验和失败教训,以期为我国利率市场化改革提供有益借鉴。The interest rate marketization can promote the optimization of financial resources allocation and deepening the finan- cial system reform. From the practices of the interest rate marketization reform in developed countries, the paper compares, analyzes and summarizes the successful experience and failures in those countries so as to provide the useful reference for interest rate marketi- zation reform in China.
