摘  要:在220t/h商业运行循环流化床锅炉上进行了石油焦与煤混合燃烧脱硫性能工业试验研究。研究表明,床温是影响脱硫的一个重要因素。随着床温升高,脱硫效率下降很快。在床温为853℃时,脱硫效果达到最佳。随着Ca/S摩尔比增加,SO2排放浓度降低。对于石油焦与煤的混合燃料,最佳Ca/S摩尔比为2.5。石油焦/煤热量比对脱硫效果没有明显影响。随床温升高,NOx排放浓度升高。随着Ca/S摩尔比增加,NOx排放浓度降低。An industrial combustion research on desulfurization performance of petroleum coke blended with coal was conducted in a 220 t/h commercial Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler. Experi- mental results show that bed temperature is an important factor influencing desulfurization. With the increase in the bed temperature, the desulfurization efficiency reduces very quickly. 853 ℃ is the op- timal temperature in desulfurization performance. With increase in Ca/S molar ratio, the SOz con- centration reduces. For the mixed fuel of petroleum coke and coal, the Ca/S molar ratio of 2.5 is op- timal. The calories ratio of petroleum coke over coal has no obvious impact on desulfurization per- formance. When the bed temperature increases, the NOx concentration rises. With increase in Ca/S molar ratio, the NO~ concentration reduces.
