摘  要:燃煤电站是我国NOx的排放源之一,其减排通过SCR将消耗大量的尿素,因此从源头控制结合SCR是更加经济环保的措施。通过燃煤NOx的生成过程和机理分析,比较了热力型NOx和燃料型NOx的生成特点,指出燃料型NOx是重点的减排对象。燃料型NOx可以通过燃烧组织进行破坏,这是燃烧控制NOx生成的基础。进而对目前几种典型的低氮燃烧技术进行了分析,比较了各种技术路线的特点,并分析了潜在的风险,为新建燃煤机组的NOx控制提供参考。Coal fired Power Plants is one of the main Nox emission source in China. The Nox emission reduction will consume a large mount of urea with selective catalytic reduction (SCR). It is believed to be most economical and environmental to decrease the Nox produc- tion during combustion and then control Nox to lower than the regulation by SCR with urea. The Nox formation process as well as its mechanism was discussed in this paper. And the characteristics of thermal Nox and fuel Nox were compared. Therefore, it is pointed out that more attention should be paid on the fuel Nox for Nox reduction that could be destroyed dur- ing combustion. By this view, some typical lower Nox combustion technologies were analys- ized and compared. Finally, the potential risk of the lower Nox burner was emphasized. The information is useful to control Nox emission for new coal fired power plant.
