摘 要:利用1961—2012年河北省周边8个太阳辐射站观测资料,重新拟合太阳总辐射经验系数,应用TPS法将其插值到河北省100m×100m网格点上,计算河北省水平面太阳总辐射,分析其时空分布特征。结果表明,①河北省52a太阳总辐射年总量总体呈明显下降趋势。年代际变化中石家庄地区下降幅度相对较大,为17%,秦皇岛地区下降幅度相对较小,为3%。②除邯郸以南少数地区的水平面太阳总辐射平均年总量在4814~5040MJ·m-2属于太阳能资源丰富区外,河北省其他绝大部分地区的水平面太阳总辐射平均年总量〉5040MJ·m-2太阳能资源十分丰富;总体而言,河北省太阳能资源丰富,开发利用潜力巨大。Based on the solar radiation data from 8 stations from 1961 to 2012 around Hebei Province, empirical coefficient of global solar radiation in Hebei Province was fitted. The TPS method was interpolated to 100 m × 100 m in Hebei Province grid point, horizontal global solar radiation was calculated, the temporal and spatial characteristics of horizontal global solar radiation in Hebei Province were analyzed. The results showed that the total annual global solar radiation decreases significantly in recent 52 years in Hebei Province, including the highest decreasing amplitude about 17% in Shijiazhuang area and the lowest decline about 3% in Qinhuangdao area in the decadal variability. The total annual horizontal global solar radiation in a few areas to the south of Handan was between 4 814 to 5 040 M J- m2, belonged to the solar energy resources rich region. The total annual horizontal global solar radiation in other areas of Hebei Province was greater than 5 040 MJ. m2, solar energy resourceswere very rich. Overall, solar energy resources were very abundant in Hebei Province, had huge potential for development and utilization.
