摘 要:为确定调质装置作业参数,采用一次回归正交试验设计方法,建立卧辊式玉米秸秆调质装置调质性能与秸秆喂入速度、调质辊转速和调质间隙之间的数学模型,分析试验因素对性能指标的影响规律。结果表明,调质间隙对秸秆调质作业性能影响显著;参数优化确定各影响因素的参数组合为调质辊转速88—98r·min-1,秸秆喂入速度3-3~3.9km·h-1,调质间隙2.5mm,此时秸秆调质处理经自然晾晒4d后失水率可达55%以上,满足秸秆快速干燥收集打捆的要求。In order to determine the operation parameters Of adjusting material device,we used the linear regression orthogonal experimental method to establish the mathematical model of relation- ship between the feeding speed, the adjusting material roller's speed of rotation, the adjusting material roller's working clearance and the adjusting material performance of the corn straw adjusting material device based on horizontal roller, and analyzed the influence of test factors to the performance index. Research shows that the adjusting material roller's working clearance significantly influence on the adjusting material performance of the corn straw. The parameters combination: the adjusting material roller's speed of rotation 88-98 r· min1, the feeding speed 3.3-3.9 km · h-1 and the adjusting material roller's working clearance 2.5mm were determined by parameters optimization. At this time the straw water loss rate is above 55%, and requirements of the straw collection after fast drying are meet.
