基于关联规则等方法的肺胀方剂配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肺胀方剂配伍的核心药物及其关联关系,揭示其配伍规律。方法整理古今方剂文献资料,共搜集肺胀方剂194首,分别采用关联规则、层次聚类等方法进行分析。结果关联分析结果见支持度在20%以上的药物为甘草、杏仁、麻黄、半夏、茯苓、陈皮、五味子,主要3味药组为杏仁-麻黄-甘草、麻黄-甘草-半夏、麻黄-五味子-细辛等;层次聚类发现麻黄、甘草、半夏、干姜、桂枝、五味子、细辛温肺化饮聚类;石膏、杏仁、麻黄、甘草宣泄肺热聚类;陈皮、枳壳、桔梗理气化痰聚类;当归、桃仁、川芎、竹沥活血祛瘀化痰聚类;附子、白术、茯苓温肾健脾聚类。结论肺胀方剂具有宣肺化痰、温肺化饮、清热泻肺、活血祛瘀、温肾健脾等配伍特点。该结果对临床治疗肺胀相关疾病的辨证用药有所启示。OBJECTIVE To investigate core medicine and their relationship in formulas for lung distension to explore the compatibility law. METHODS After researching all prescription literatures, 194 formulas for lung distension were selected and analyzed by correlation analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis. RESULTS The results of correlation analysis showed medicine whose support was more than 20O//oo were glycyrrhiza, almond, ephedra, pinellia, poria, tangerine peel and schisandra chinensis, and as well as some medicine groups, including almond-ephedra-glycyrrhiza, ephedra-glycyrrhiza- pinellia and ephedra-schisandra chinensis-asarum. The results of hierarchical clustering analysis showed medicine warming the lung to resolving phlegm including ephedra, glycyrrhiza, pinellia, rhizoma zingiberis, cassia twig, schisandra chinensis and asarum. Medicines clearing the lung to remove heat include gypsum fibrosum, almond, ephedra and glycyrrhiza, medi- cine regulating qi and dissipating phlegm include tangerine peel, citrus aurtantium, and balloon flower. Medicines activating blood to resolve blood stasls and phlegm include angelica, peach kerne, ligusticum chuanxiong, succus bambusae and medi- cines fortifying the spleen and warming the kidney include aconite, atractylodes and poria. CONCLUSION The lung disten- sion prescriptions may ventilate the lung to remove palegm, warm the lung to reduce fluid, clear the lung to remove heat, acti- vate blood to resolve blood, as well as warm the kidney and fortify the spleen. This study is useful for clinical application in treating lung distension-related diseases based on syndrome differentiation.
